Late last year, John McCandless and Sture Larsson High Schools were among 27 continuation high school programs statewide honored as 2010-11 model programs by the California Department of Education. Schools that received the honor were cited for the quality of their management, curriculum, instructional strategies, educational climate and counseling. GREAT JOB McCANDLESS!
